Meet our staff... Donald H. Boltz, M.S.E.E. Partner; Technical Specialist

Mr. Boltz spent 32 years at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power as a project director, team training specialist, program scheduler, engineering manager, and electrical engineer.  Of his many accomplishments, his project management of cost and scheduling for the construction of the Intermountain Power Project in Delta, Utah was nationally recognized for completion under budget and in ahead of schedule.  He also served as an elected employee representative on the governing board for the Engineers and Architects Association.  Mr. Boltz was Chief Financial Officer for several years at Aussie Manufacturing, computerizing financial records and bookkeeping, and participating in organizational development and direction.
