Meet our staff...

Jeannette A. Boltz, Ed.D.
Partner; Training Specialist; Keynote speaker

Dr. Boltz has over twenty-five years experience in education and business including direct service, administration and consulting.  She has served as a Corporate Executive Director, Regional Special Education Director, Principal, Director of Non-public Schools, Speech and Language Specialist, and Resource Teacher.  She has developed specialized training programs for teachers, administrators, and business managers and employees.  She has developed material and lead company retreats.  She is a motivational speaker and has delivered keynote addresses.

Some of her professional experiences include supervision of all aspects of Special Education programs in over 50 schools; creating training and teacher coaching for implementation of promising practices programs; providing leadership for development of skills in administrators and staff;  conducting state evaluations of Special Education services in public schools.

She has extensive experience in developing and supervising community based and residential treatment programs for Seriously Emotionally Disturbed children and adolescents.

Dr. Boltz has taught Special Education Teacher Credential courses and supervised interns in Speech and Language, School Psychology, and Special Education at the University of Utah, Brigham Young University, and National University.
