H. Parker, M.S.

Education
Ms. Parker has worked in the education field for over 20 years. She has worked as a counselor at an elementary, middle and high schools. Also in the school setting, she has worked as a teacher’s aide, 2nd grade teacher and Substance Abuse Coordinator. Ms. Parker also worked as a Special Programs Director for a police department. In this role, she coordinated a $750,000 grant from the Office of Criminal Justice Planning Department (OCJP) for prevention with a school district, police, probation and social service departments. She has coordinated and/or taught Parent Projects classes to over 100 individuals in Southern California.
She is currently employed as an Elementary School Counselor in Cameron Park.
